In the seat next to me on the plane to Panama from Florida sat a Jamaican ex-pat and his Panamanian wife. He met his wife in Jamaica when she came to learn English. Most people think of arthritis as joint pain that is the result of many years of wear and tear of the tissues within and surrounding joints.
